The St. Francois County Public Administrator is an elected official that serves as a guardian and/or conservator of individuals determined to be incapacitated and/or disabled by the Probate Division Court, for the management of their care and needs.
The Public Administrator also serves, by appointment of the Probate Court, as personal representative of deceased estates and conservatorship of minor estates.
