Medical

It is an absolute necessity that we receive up to date and accurate medical information about your child to ensure that any medical conditions or current medical treatment is followed according to physicians orders.  In order for your child to receive over the counter medication, such as non-aspirin and anti-acid tablets, it is necessary for you to sign a release form that we have. Medication received by the facility must be in a current prescription bottle with the child’s name, doctor’s name and address, and dosage instructions. We will only dispense medication as prescribed. If there has been a change, we will promptly contact you and expect you to work with us to remedy the condition in a timely manner.
