County Road Maintenance can by contacted by calling the Road and Bridge department, Phone (573) 454-2441 or by coming to our Road Dept located at 1640 East Woodlawn, Farmington, Missouri.

Saint Francois County has 410 miles of roadway. There are 73 Box Culverts located in district 1 and 145 Box Culverts located in district 2 for a total of 218 Box Culverts that span 19 feet or less. The State of Missouri inspects 74 bridges in our county.

King School Road Closure

King School Road is scheduled to be closed from 8 a.m May 13th to 3 p.m. May 14th to perform bridge repairs.

Pothole Repair Beginning Monday, March 4

Starting Monday, March 4th, the Road and Bridge Department will begin repairing potholes on county roads.  Please be patient as the department will work as quickly as possible.


Potential Winter Weather

There is a chance for wintry precipitation on Wednesday November 14th thru Thursday November 15th.  Use caution on roadways during any precipitation.  Road and Bridge will be monitoring the situation.

Rouggly Road – High Water

High water has been reported at 4575 Rouggly Road.  Road may be impassable.

Hurryville Road – Debris
