Associate County Commissioner Second Ward - Patrick Mullins

 

Born in St. Francois County, Missouri to Jack and Marietta Mullins, Patrick Mullins was raised in a blue-collar family. Patrick’s father worked at the Pea Ridge Mines for St. Joe and his mother worked at the U.S. Tool located in Desloge.

 

Patrick attended and graduated from the Central School District in 1989. He attended Mineral Area College where he earned an Associate’s Degree. He then transferred to Southeast Missouri State University and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. After college, Patrick worked for two years at a local farm supply store earning minimum-wage. Patrick then worked for the Chrysler minivan plant located in Fenton, Mo. He worked at the plant until its closure in 1998.

 

Patrick is Chairman of the Southeast Missouri Regional Planning Commission and serves on 12 other boards. He is married to Nicole Renee Mullins (a local elementary teacher) and has a son (Cole Patrick Mullins) and twin daughters (Alexi & Emma Mullins). On January 1, 2009 Patrick Mullins was officially elected as the Associate County Commissioner for the Second District of St. Francois County, MO.
